Great pianos that were amongst the first of the Pearl River Factory in China that sent shock waves through the the rest of the worlds piano industry. They were cheap and good, a difficult combination to ignore and to compete against. Subsequently the rest of the worlds piano industry declined even more rapidly than it already was and the Pearl River Factory went from good models like this with generic German sounding names to making pianos for some of the top names like Bechstein, Steinway and many many others.
