Made in Japan, assembled in UK. This is one of the early models put together in the Kemble/Yamaha factory in Bletchley, Milton Keynes soon after the 2 companies started collaborating.
The factory in Bletchley went on to produce most of the Yamaha pianos sold in Europe during the 80s, 90s & early 2000s before production was taken away by their new Indonesian facilities c2005
This example is in excellent condition, showing very little signs of wear & tear and still has the original matching seat in good condition too.
