Este who recorded this session with his superb pianist friend Andreas Koenig back in 2018. Its amazing to see how different the shop looked then. We hardly ever have older style mahogany pianos these days and haven’t had another white grand piano quite like the one seen in this video. The shop was completely redecorated during the covid lockdowns and the vast majority of pianos in our showrooms today are in the shiny black casework. Large brown furniture is going through a difficult time trying to fit in with the current interior decorating trends towards the muted greys and whites but it wasn’t that long ago that we were still finding new homes for these old style mahogany instruments.
